Tower Prep

I am so fond of this show and the characters, and I'll always be a little bit sad it only had one season. It was delightful and the worldbuilding was actually really interesting. Also, all four of these lead characters were so very into each other, and I enjoy that sort of thing in my media.

I would be thrilled by fic about any combination of these four, including (or, honestly, especially) as an OT4. As one-on-one ships, I have soft spots for Suki/Ian, Suki/CJ, and Ian/Gabe, but again, anything goes with these four.


Degrassi
(Imogen Moreno, Fiona Coyne, Eli Goldsworthy, Drew Torres)

I did a rewatch of seasons 10 through 14 during the height of the pandemic, and I'm still thinking about it.

Fiona/Imogen: I just think that their canon breakup leaves the door wide open for a later-in-life reunion. Their breakup has "running into each other at 30, agreeing to get drinks, ending up going home together, and then getting engaged a year later," written all over it. Their breakup is begging for a, "In a decade we'll be having a conversation about how we never got over each other," story.

I'd be thrilled to receive that sort of future fic. I'd also be really delighted by a canon-set missing scenes-type fics. Or some other type of future fic. Or an AU! I'm honestly not picky about it. Truly, I'd just like them to be happy and together.

Eli/Drew: Canon never let these two have any real interactions, despite them sharing 90 percent of the same friends/important people and sharing multiple common interests. I, personally, feel cheated by this. I could go on and on about it, but I will not, because this is a Yuletide letter and not a ship manifesto. (I did write a fic about them once.)

I realize that someone else writing this ship, that I'm very aware isn't a thing (fun fact: I created this AO3 tag), is unlikely. But it's Yuletide, so I'm reaching for my rare pair dreams.

I'd be overjoyed by fic about these two. Just, overjoyed. Canon-set, AUs, or literally any fic about them not written by me would be amazing.


In The Flesh
(Kieren Walker, Simone Monroe, Amy Dyer, Rick Macy)

I think about Kieren Walker, and this show, all the time. I'd love to read anything set in this world - Kieren and Rick backstory, Kieran and Simone missing scenes, Kieren and Simon post-canon, Kieren and Amy friendship, some combination of all of these things, or anything else that explores this canon and these characters. I also love Jem Walker, so an appearance from her would be a wonderful bonus.

The Get Down
( Zeke Figuero, Dizzee Kipling, Shaolin Fantastic, Thor)

This is such an all-time favorite show. I love this canon and these characters, and I'd love to read more about them. I'd especially enjoy happy endings and lovely stories (post-canon or missing scene) for Dizzee/Thor or Shao-centric/POV fics. I'm open to however a Shao-centric fic handles Zeke and their relationship. The angst and confusing feelings are canon, but how that's handled/resolved - or not - is something I'd like to read multiple interpretations of.
